| * Three drivers were inserted into Sunday's Thunder Valley Nationals eliminations program after originally failing to qualify (for events limited to a single qualifying session, NHRA guidelines call for drivers entering the event in the top 10 of the points standings to be assured of a place in eliminations). According to Pro Mod Challenge series administrator Kenny Nowling, original non-qualifiers Thomas Patterson (ninth in the AMS/TLR Cup standings), Shelly Payne (eighth), and Troy Critchley (third) will start Sunday in the No. 14, No. 15, and No. 16 spots, respectively, taking the place of original qualifiers Bryon Rich, Perry Herring, and Mike Bell. | |||
